Dream Work Practices: Conversations with Psyche – Interactive Workshop with Victoria Rabinowe
Carl Jung called dreams a little hidden door in the innermost and most secret recesses of the psyche. Victoria opens that door by incorporating a range of established, emerging, innovative, and embodied dream interpretation techniques that analyze dream themes from personal, collective, archetypal, and allegorical perspectives.
In the morning session, participants will share a few of their dreams as the group explores various cross-disciplinary dream re-entry methodologies.
In the afternoon session, Victoria will demonstrate how to coax Psyche out of hiding with a range of hands-on dream journaling practices. Participants will unravel the metaphors, symbols and paradoxes of their own dreams through writing exercises brimming with creative insights.
This workshop is suitable for personal inner work as well as professional enrichment for use in a therapeutic environment.
“A dream that is not understood remains a mere occurrence; understood it becomes a living experience.” – C.G. Jung
